- Free shipping for orders over €80.
- For purchases under €80, shipping costs are €3.95 (standard shipping) or €5.95 (express shipping).

- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery process
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse.
- Orders are delivered to the address provided by a courier service. We recommend providing an address where the package can be received during business hours to optimize delivery.
Returns
HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
You have 15 days from delivery of your order to request an exchange. The item must be returned to the post office within this timeframe.
Conditions for change
- Products must be in their original condition: unused, with tags and in their original packaging .
- The first exchange is free in the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal. In the Balearic Islands, the cost is €4.95 .

- Outlet products cannot be refunded in cash ; only an exchange or a voucher for the purchase amount can be requested.
- If you return a product after requesting an exchange, an additional cost of €4.50 per product will be added.
