Delivery process
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse.
- Orders are delivered to the address provided by a courier service. We recommend that you provide an address where the package can be received during business hours to optimize delivery.
Returns
1- HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
The deadline to request the exchange of one or more items is 15 days from the delivery of the order, until you deposit it at the corresponding post office.
To make a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for the first exchange of items will be free, both in the Peninsula and in Portugal, in the Balearic Islands it will be €4.95.
To initiate a return, please write to us at contacto@cloytilde.es . We will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2- HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OF MY ORDER?
The deadline to request the return of one or more items is 15 days from the delivery of the order, until you drop it off at the corresponding post office.
Outlet items will not be refunded , only an exchange or a VOUCHER for the value of the purchase can be requested.
* If an order is returned after an exchange, an extra cost of €4.5 (per product) will be added to the return cost (indicated below).
To make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Once the item or items to be returned have been received and inspected in our warehouses, the amount of the same will be refunded in the same payment method used in the purchase , deducting the return costs . This process may take approximately 10 days.
Returns for a voucher are FREE.
The return costs are as follows: Both in the Peninsula and in Portugal €7, in the Balearic Islands it will be €9.
