Shipping costs

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
- Free shipping for orders over €80.
- For purchases under €80, shipping costs are €3.95 (standard shipping) or €5.95 (express shipping).

France:
- Free shipping for orders over €100.
- For purchases under €100, shipping costs are €5.95 (standard shipping)

International:
- Shipping only for €5 for orders over €150.
- For purchases under €150, shipping costs are €15.
Delivery times

Spain and Europe:
- Standard shipping: 2-3 business days from payment confirmation.
- Express Shipping: delivery in 1-2 business days.

Outside Europe:
- Delivery times vary between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the destination continent.
Delivery process
- Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse.
- Orders are delivered to the address provided by a courier service. We recommend that you provide an address where the package can be received during business hours to optimize delivery.
Returns
Our return policy is 15 days, which means you have 15 days from the date your order is delivered until it is deposited at the post office.
To accept a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please write to us at contacto@cloytilde.es. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you wish to exchange the size, you will not be charged for the return or shipping costs of the new item.
If you return the product with a VOUCHER, you will not be charged for the return costs and you will be provided with a COUPON in your name so that you can use it on your next purchase.
For orders over €80, shipping costs are always free. If products from an order are returned and the value of the initial order is less than €80, return costs will be charged.
For sale or outlet items, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
