EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping costs

• Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
  • Free shipping for orders over €80.
  • For purchases under €80, shipping costs are €3.95 (standard shipping) or €5.95 (express shipping).
• France:
  • Free shipping for orders over €100.
  • For purchases under €100, shipping costs are €5.95 (standard shipping)

• International:

  • Shipping is only €5 for orders over €150.
  • For purchases under €150, shipping costs are €15.

Delivery times

• Spain and Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days.

• Outside Europe:

  • Delivery times vary between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination continent.

Delivery process

• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse.
• Orders are delivered to the address provided by a courier service. We recommend providing an address where the package can be received during business hours to optimize delivery.

Returns

HOW CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

You have 15 days from delivery of your order to request an exchange. The item must be returned to the post office within this timeframe.

Conditions for change

• Products must be in their original condition: unused, with tags and in their original packaging .
• The first exchange is free in the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal. In the Balearic Islands, the cost is €4.95 .

Process for requesting a change

2. We'll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
3. Send the package as directed.
   ⚠️ Items sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN FOR MY ORDER?

You have 15 days from delivery of your order to request a return and return the package to the post office.

Conditions for return

• Items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging .
• Outlet products cannot be refunded in cash ; only an exchange or a voucher for the purchase amount can be requested.
• If you return a product after requesting an exchange, an additional cost of €4.50 per product will be added.

Process for requesting a refund

2. We'll send you a return label and detailed instructions.
3. Send the package as directed.
   ⚠️ Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refund

• Once received and inspected at our warehouses, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• This process may take approximately 10 days .

• Balearic Islands: €7
• Returns for VOUCHERS are free of charge .
