EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping Costs

• Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
  • Free shipping for orders over €80.
  • For purchases under €80, shipping costs are €3.95 (standard shipping) or €5.95 (express shipping).
• France:
  • Free shipping for orders over €150.
  • For purchases under €150, shipping costs are €7.00 (standard shipping).

• International:

  • Shipping for only €7.00 for orders over €150.
  • For purchases under €150, shipping costs are €15.

Delivery Times

• Spain and Europe:

  • Standard shipping: between 3 and 4 business days from payment confirmation.
  • Express shipping: delivery in 2-3 business days.

• Outside Europe:

  • Delivery times vary between 5 and 15 business days, depending on the destination continent.

Delivery Process

• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has left our warehouse.
• Orders are delivered to the provided address by a courier service. We recommend providing an address where the package can be received during business hours to optimize delivery.

Returns

HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FOR MY ORDER?

You have 15 days from the delivery of the order to request an exchange. The item must be delivered to the post office within this period.

Exchange Conditions

• Products must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• The first exchange is free in Peninsula and Portugal. In the Balearic Islands, the cost is €4.95.

Process to request an exchange

1. Write to us at contacto@cloytilde.es.
2. We will send you a return label and detailed instructions.
3. Send the package according to the instructions.
   ⚠️ Items sent without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Process to request an international exchange.

1. Portugal is exempt and will be processed as a national return.
2. The return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
3. Return shipping address: clö&tilde, c/Sajambre Nº44 47008 Valladolid.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN FOR MY ORDER?

You have 15 days from the delivery of the order to request a return and deposit the package at the post office.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
• Outlet products are not eligible for cash refunds; only an exchange or a VOUCHER can be requested.
• If you return a product after having requested an exchange, an additional cost of €4.5 per product will be added.

Refund

• Once received and checked in our warehouses, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• This process may take approximately 10 days.

• Shipping costs for international exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer.
• Peninsula and Portugal: €5
• Balearic Islands: €7
• Returns for a VOUCHER are free ONLY in Peninsula.
